Having advised middle market and large public clients on over $10 billion of financing transactions across a variety of industries, Ryan brings significant capital markets experience to the Hudson Avenue Partners team.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Ryan was an Associate with Wells Fargo’s Debt Capital Markets Group.  He managed the origination and structuring of syndicated loans, investment grade, and high yield securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Ryan worked at Cowen and Company and Cascade Partners, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions.  Ryan started his career in the Commercial Bank at Wells Fargo.

Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
