Rahul has developed his capital markets expertise from a career in leverage finance which has spanned a variety of industries across the large-cap and middle-market segments.  He has advised upon and executed over $15 billion of private and broadly syndicated debt transactions supporting leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and refinancings for private equity-backed businesses, privately-held companies and public entities.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Rahul worked for BMO Capital Markets’ Leveraged Finance group where he oversaw the origination, underwriting, structuring and syndication of loans and high yield securities.  He began his career at L3 Harris Technologies designing and implementing wireless communication systems for public safety agencies and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Rahul received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and his Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Engineering from Virginia Tech.
