Having underwritten over $1 billion of financing transactions on behalf of middle market private equity-backed businesses, Mitchell brings significant leveraged finance experience to the Hudson Avenue Partners team.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Mitchell worked for TPG Twin Brook where he underwrote and managed over $800 million in leveraged finance facilities for middle market businesses operating across multiple sectors. Mitchell began his career in the business development group at Horizon Therapeutics, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing M&A, licensing and collaboration agreements within the biotech sector.

Mitchell received his Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Northwestern University, where he also helped lead the sailing team to two ICSA National Championship appearances.
