Jacob’s capital markets experience was developed by advising clients on structuring and underwriting credit facilities across a variety of industries. He has advised upon and underwritten over $5 billion of debt transactions supporting leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, and strategic growth initiatives for public and private equity-backed issuers.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Jacob worked for Goldman Sachs’ Leveraged Finance Group covering Natural Resources and Financial Institutions. He managed the origination, structuring, and syndication of loans and high yield securities. He was also responsible for the management of more than $20 billion of pro-rata financing transactions. Jacob began his career in the Corporate & Investment Bank Group at JPMorgan where he focused on credit evaluation and underwriting for corporate and financial borrowers.

Jacob received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
