Jack brings extensive capital markets experience to Hudson Avenue Partners, having underwritten and syndicated more than $1 billion in financing transactions on behalf of private equity-backed and privately-held companies.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Jack worked as an Associate within Fifth Third's Syndicated Leveraged Finance team where he originated, structured and left lead syndicated debt facilities for middle market companies across multiple sectors. Jack began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Regions Bank advising clients on M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting the underwriting and execution of syndicated debt financings.

Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Williams School at Washington and Lee University, where he also helped lead the men's lacrosse team to an ODAC championship.
