Over a 30+ year career spanning roles across Investment Banking, Sales & Trading and Institutional Equity Research platforms, Bill has developed a track record of transaction delivery for his clients, along with an extensive network of relationships across the private equity community.  Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, he was a Managing Director at Capstone Headwaters covering the Transportation & Logistics Sector where his team completed over $1.5 billion in transactions for private equity-owned and privately held clients. At Bramwell Capital Management and Trainer Wortham, Bill managed a portfolio of investments in the TMT sector valued at over $2.0 billion. He began his career as an Institutional Research Salesperson at Needham & Company.

Bill received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University, where he also lettered in Lacrosse and Crew.
