Chris’s capital markets experience was derived through his structuring and execution of over $500 million of majority sale transactions for private equity-backed and privately held businesses, corporate divestitures, minority recapitalizations and distressed sales.

Prior to joining Hudson Avenue Partners, Chris was a Senior Analyst with Angle Advisors Investment Banking where he executed M&A transactions for middle-market clients across a variety of industries. He began his career with UHY Corporate Finance executing M&A transactions for middle and lower-middle market businesses.

Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
